My House is Important

I turn on a light and it makes me feel bright My home makes me feel safe and it makes me not hate I turn a key that opens the door and it makes me love so much more My house makes me feel great and it also makes me relate It makes me feel lukewarm and protects me from many storms My home has lots of food; it makes me feel the happy mood I think everyone deserves a home; it makes them feel safe like a dome Homes are part of our lives; it makes me actually survive Are homes are like us they make us feel safe; there really fun and there not unsafe My home may be small but it's actually really tall It’s where a dryer is spinning but this is only the beginning It has some opportunities; it really has a lot of immunities My home has a really big heart; it really makes me feel unhurt My home is strong you may think that's wrong but it’s really life long Sometimes I feel alone but I realise I have really grown My cat is meowing at the door and it really wants to explore My home is safe for people to stay sometimes they even come to play
