When I think of home

When I think of home

When I think of home…
I feel WARM in my cozy, soft bed,
having my blanket around me, lying down.

When I think of home…
I feel happy because I have people like my Mom, Dad, and brother,
because I can talk to them,
have fun with them,
and I can learn so much from them,
that’s why they make me happy.

When I think of home…
I think of my home,
because I am grateful to have a home to live in with my family,
but I think about the homeless people and I hope they will have a home one day and live a happy, warm, loving and amazing life.

When I think of home…
I feel safe and protected from bad people,
because my parents keep me safe and protected at home.

When I think of home…
I think of warm food being cooked by my mom and then eating it and smelling the nice smell and taste of the food that she made.

When I think of home
I Feel loved and cared by my family like my mom, dad, brother and everyone else in my family that are from my home country Pakistan.

When I think of home
I think of my brother,
because he is funny even though he sometimes mean to me,
but I like it when he is funny because he always does a different tone of voice when he’s trying to be funny.

When I think of home…
I think of my room,
because I can have fun there playing with my slime,
watching YouTube and playing games on my laptop.
I can sleep in my room, but I also rest there too and I feel home.
