When I Think Of Home

When I Think Of Home
Home is where voices make you smile. When I think of home I think of warm dinners and baths, I think of opening the blinds in the morning and letting the light flood my room. Home is where I return after a long day and where I’m loved no matter what. Home is where I lounge around on the weekends and watch television till noon. When I think of home I think of being ill and forcing down the gross medicine each day until I feel well again. I think of laughing with friends and singing karaoke in my room, not caring who hears. When I’m home I’m safe, protected and cared for where hugs are unlimited and someone is always there to listen. I can’t imagine life without home and I wish others didn’t have to.
