When I think of Home…

When I think of home I think of my bedroom because I feel so cozy in my bedroom.
A place to play on my computer and talk on my phone.
My warm, cozy bedroom.

When I think of home I think of my basketball because I use it all the time.
Something to shoot and play with.
My orange, never deflated basketball.

When I think of home I think of the basement because I do so many things in the basement.
A place to play basketball and work out.
My fun, quiet, working space.

When I think of home I think of the living room because I’m always in the living room.
A place to play on my PS4 and play with my brothers.
My big, sunny living room.

I’m thankful for having a home because there are people who don’t have a home because they’re homeless.
I’m thankful for having a home because if I didn’t have a home I would be on the streets.
I’m thankful for having a home because it’s a place where it is warm and I have food to eat.
