WHEN I THINK OF HOME
When I come home, I think of my pets, two cats and one dog. A lot of people want a dog or cat, but they can’t afford it. I see my family every day and a roof over the top of my head. When I come home I smell dinner like potatoes and beef. At Christmas I smell cookies, Christmas cookies. When I pass my old house I remember old memories like my old dogs and cat and me when I was 4 playing mini sticks. When I’m at home now I play with friends or family, like a board game. When I think of home I don’t worry about finding a snack, I know there is food in my cupboard. If I don’t eat something in my lunch my mom says some people don’t have food and I say I know. When I come home I play with my toys and some people don’t have toys. I am thankful for having all this stuff.
