What Makes A Home
A house is not a home. A house is the physical structure of your home, Your home is the people who live inside it, your personal belongings, memories, and everything that makes you happy. Your house is just the vessel to contain it.
It’s why you don’t call hotels your home, the reason you say, “I’m moving into a new house,” and not “into a new home.” it holds zero significance besides looking pretty.
A home is not a home until you make it one. You have to personalize it to your tastes, only then is it your home, a place where you know for a fact that you won’t be judged or made fun of. A “safe space.”
