What Home Means to Me
What home means to me, home is a place where I can relax and be myself. It’s where I can play with my dog and comfort her when she is scared of the lights flickering on and off because she is a “scaredy cat”. It’s where my family comforts me or my brother when either of us are scared or sad. It feels the same when I go to my nan’s and pop’s house. They will always be there to comfort us.
My home is where me and my older brother and I grew up. It brings back a lot of memories from when we were young. like the time when I was 3 me and my brother got a haircut and we got balloons and then when we got home we let them go over the staircase , but we always got them back because the strings were long and my brother was pretty tall so it was easier for him to get them back.
Home is a place where someone will be there to pick you up after you fall. It’s a place where I feel protected from every bad thing that is happening in the world, in our country, and our province.
