What Home Means to Me
Home is where I can rest after a long day in school.
Home is where I can play with my friends.
Home is where I can play video games.
Home is a place I can watch on the TV with my family.
But, some people don’t have a home to sleep or eat or just live a life
Which is why the people at habitats for humanity are building homes for those people
And this is why we have to be thankful that we ourselves have homes.
So we are lucky that we can have homes
But the people that don’t need a home, a place to come back to, a place to call their home
Because when storms like snowmageddon strike they have nowhere to go to take shelter from the snow or rain or even if it’s possible natural disasters.
They need homes to be safe, warm and cozy to rest after a long day or watch on a TV or do whatever they want to relax after a long day of work or school or whatever they did.
