What Home Means to Me
When I think of the definition of home I don’t think it’s just a place where I live; it’s much more!
In my home I feel loved, cared for and protected. My home has a roof to keep me dry, a bed to keep me warm through the cold nights and a kind mom who keeps me fed; I am very grateful.
I think of those who can’t go home, those who get wet in the rain and those who can’t have dinner. If we could only try to,we could give a family a chance to sleep in a warm bed, a chance to have a delicious home- cooked meal and a chance to be under a roof.
A home has a special feeling, an amazing feeling that I want everyone to feel. So thank you, Habitat for Humanity, for helping this goal happen.
