The Smallest Things

Home represents the memories that we make. It doesn’t have to be a building, and it can be with whoever you feel safe with.
Home is where you feel comforted, relaxed, overjoyed, humorous, peaceful, and playful.
When I’m home, I love to cook and eat with my family. Home is a perfect place to be when you feel sad, unworthy, and a whole bunch of things.
Home is when I’m with my friends and family. They are a big part of my life. They are technically the reason I am who I am today, and because of them I have a reason to laugh and enjoy every moment, even when we do nothing but sit and talk. The smallest things that my family say, matter to me. My family can be goofs, that’s what I like most about them!
My family can cheer me up when I feel worthless. Home for me is helping friends when they need it because they’re always here for me when I need help with anything, because that’s what friends are for.
Home is helping to take care of your siblings when your Mom and Dad ask you to. Home to me is adventures everywhere I go because nature is a big part of my life. I really enjoy going to the woods and smelling the beautiful smell of cedar bark because I grew up with that smell and I was taught how to make cedar baskets, cedar roses and cedar hats. Nature and family are my home.
