The Meaning of Home

Home is quite special to me,
It’s somewhere I’ll mostly be.
The snuggles and cuddles is something I love,
Smiling to the people up above!

Home is a place where memories are made.
A place where I can get aid.
A place where I can share my grade.
A place where I don’t have to be afraid.

The smell of good food when something is baking,
Touch the wall that belongs to my family when it’s snowing or raining.

I’ll never forget the day when I got my puppy and we went to play,
She’s beautiful and white to this very day.
I talk to her when I feel sad,
I know she can’t talk but that makes me glad!

I like to talk,
and I know I can can when I have my mom.
She makes me calm,
She really is the bomb!

My dad likes to tickle me,
Sometimes he prickles me!
I love him so much,
Me and him have a special touch!

I have three brothers
Coaton, Cooper and Connor
I argue a lot with them
But I won’t dishonour them.

In my house it’s positive,
We respect one another,
Because we are the SUPER-FAMILY!
We are so lucky to have each other.

I wake up smiling,
While my mind is firing,
It’s so exciting!
I feel like shining!

I’m grateful to have my family to surround me.
I’m grateful for being able to have a roof over my head.

I’m grateful to know that people around me care about me.
I’m grateful for having friends to play with
I’m grateful for being able to do sports.
I’m grateful for having food on my plate.

I know some people don’t have homes.
For me my home means a lot to me.
