The Meaning of Home

The Meaning of Home

At home I play with my sister, Rachael and we make slime together, we made a necklace out of beads. Me and my mom sometimes bake cupcakes, cakes and bread. We also snuggle together. My home is where I spend quality family time playing Sorry, Uno and Monopoly. It is a place where I can be myself, where nobody judges me for how I eat and dance. Home is shelter and a gift from God. It is a place where I eat, sleep, repeat. My home is where I hang out with my friends and play video games. At my house we can dance without being judged, we can also dress up and play sports. If I didn’t have my home I would live on the streets, eat out of garbage cans and people might call me names. I wouldn’t like that. Also, if I lived on the streets I would be cold from snow and wet from rain.
