My Home

To me, the meaning of home is not necessarily a house or a place that I live in. A person can live in one place, but their real home can be somewhere else. What I mean is that my home is a place where I feel like I belong. A place where I can be who I am. The reason most people think that the place you live in, like their house, is their home, is because that it’s true! But some people live in a house that is not in good condition. Maybe they still see it as their home, but it’s possible that they have another place that they think as their home. Like their cousin’s house or their grandma’s, maybe even another country. Home to me is like a sanctuary. Were the person who lives in it can I can kick back, and relax. Some people don’t even have a place for them. They have no shelter. And, when it comes down to it, those are the people who need it most. They need shelter, and a place to live, which most of us take for granted. The place a person can call home is special to them like it is to no one else. The meaning of home is basically the place that is my place. Where I feel like I belong. And that, to me at least, is the true meaning of home. The meaning of home is a place where I feel like I belong. And that, to me at least, is the true meaning of home.
