Meaning of home

Home is where no one is alone.
It’s a place where families gather to stay warm.
There are people who don’t have this special place.
But they should have it.
No matter what race.
My home is where I feel safe & warm.
But know this:
There’s a difference between a house & a home.
A house is just a building.
Empty.
Cold.
Alone.
A home has memories, people who love you, food, you feel safe, & most of all you feel loved.
That’s why we donate.
People don’t have to rely on social services & worry less about their safety.
They have a home to make memories, to eat, & to sleep.
That’s what home means to me.
