meaning of home

Home is a place where I can rest peacefully and lay asleep quiet as a mouse. Home is a place where I can watch the sun rise every morning and set every evening. Home is a place where I can bound ecstatically or sulk dramatically. Home is whatever I want it to be. Because home is not an object.

Home can be a dark alley way or a bright open field. Home is a place where you can feel safe and comfortable. Not a place filled with your material possessions. Home is a privilege that you don’t buy with money but good memories.

Home is there when you need it, loyal, unrelenting and trust worthy. Everyone is deserving of a home even if it isn’t a good one. Home is in everyone regardless of weight, religion, colour and gender. Home is where you want it to be.
