Home to Me
When I am at home I feel so warm,
So much space to roam,
The floors feel like fluffy foam,
My home is safe for me and my family,
We love we play,
I always want to stay.
Gatherings with family and friends,
Where we can depend,
But in the real world there are odds and ends.
I get sad when I think of those who roam,
In the dark alone,
Without a place to call home.
No family what so ever.
Volunteers and charities are their only support,
While we live in luxury resorts.
We need to take a stand,
Let us finish their fight,
and give some light.
Give the homeless a place to call home,
So they will never feel alone.
