Home isn’t a place-It is a feeling.

Home isn’t a place, it’s a feeling

Home. What is a home? When you think of home do you think about a place with walls a roof and a door? Well, when I think of a home I think of family.

I picture a safe place to go after having a long day of school. A home is a place where you can feel safe. It’s a special place where you can feel comfortable doing whatever you want. A home’s a place where you can feel 100% you. You don’t have to be perfect there. Watching movies with your family every Saturday night. Eating, laughing and smiling at the dinner table. Home is where you make specials memories. It’s where you can joke around with your parents and siblings. It’s a place where no one can judge you no matter what.

You may be wondering, isn’t a house and a home the same thing? Well at first that’s what I thought as well. But now that I think about it, there’s a huge difference. “A house is built with bricks and beams, a home is built with love and dreams”

A home is family. Some people even say that it’s a “feeling”. It’s a place where you can feel safe, comfortable and warmth.

A house is a place with walls, a roof and a door. It’s the place that you live in. It could be big or small. It could be tall or short. It could a have a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.

Would you rather have the biggest house but not be close with your family or having a tiny little house but be extremely close with your family. Around 80% of the world would probably choose to have the mansion. But there’s something you should always keep in mind.
