Home in a Nutshell
I’m so lucky to have supportive family and a stable home to go to at the end of the
day. Believe it or not most people don’t have that and I know from experience.
While growing up I didn’t have a very stable home until I was about seven years old.
For any kid, moving in and out of places isn’t always fun. I could never make strong
friendships, because I knew it would only be a matter of time before I moved again. So
I know that having a permanent home isn’t a Luxury everyone gets to enjoy.

It’s that feeling that you belong somewhere, it’s how I feel when I walk into my house. Feeling like you can just be yourself and feel safe is something to be grateful. for. There’s this saying from the Disney movie Lilo and Stich “ Ohana means family, family means no one gets left behind or forgotten” that symbolizes home For me. because my parents always say we have to stick together no matter what
