What Home Means To Me
A house is a building, a shelter or somewhere you can sleep, but a home is something bigger yet smaller and full of wonderful things. A home is not something you can describe in one or two words, a home is a place that’s different for everybody, a place that can also be the same. A house can be a home but a home can’t only be a house.
A house you might need to stay warm and protected but a home you need to stay loved and feel safe. A house needs materials to form a structure but a home needs nothing except you, love and a family to hold you together. A house can be a home but a home can’t only be a house.
A house can be old or new, dirty or clean but a home is timeless and never aged but full of memories and beautiful dreams. Not everyone has a house but everyone should have a home. Needless to say a house is necessary but a home is important because a house can be a home but a home can’t only be a house.
