Portage la Prairie
To me home means so many things but in particular it means family. I look forward to seeing my family at the end of the day. I have 1 brother and I have to say I don’t always look forward to seeing him but I still love him. When we are fighting my home is like a battlefield. I love my mom because she is helpful, loving, supportive and kind. My dad is funny, loving and caring.
My home is cozy and warm. I always feel safe at home knowing there is a roof over my head and that my family is there. I smell sweaty hockey and ringette equipment. I love my mom’s cooking except for her crazy concoctions like tuna noodle casserole. My home has clean water and I’m glad to say that because not everyone can. My home is a place full of laughter, family, hope and kindness. But most of all love. There is no place I’d rather be!
