Poverty and homelessness is an issue more people need to take seriously. As the population grows, those issues grow too. Having a place to call home is, in my mind, a right for everyone.
To me, home is love, safety, comfort and social aspects. My home is love because my family supports me. I also have memories and sentimental objects. Next, home to me is safety. Locks, cameras, walls and the roof over my head. I also have family and neighbors to help out. Comfort is a big thing too. Just being able to sit down on a comfy couch and watch YouTube is the best thing. In the summer, if I didn’t have A/C I would be dead. Finally having an awesome and caring neighborhood is something so great words can’t define. That is why I think home is love, safety, social and comfort aspects. Everyone needs and deserves that.
