Home is to me getting back from school and my dog running to me in excitement and jumping up and down. Then I go upstairs with my dog following me and I help her onto my bed and I sit down in my chair, turn on my XBox and play until my mom gets home. When she gets back, most of the time I don’t realize it until she comes into my room and says hi. Then my dog runs up to her in excitement and I do. And when it’s dinner time and when I’m done, what makes me feel like home is her always telling me to put my plate away in the dishwasher. And before bedtime every night, we watch our TV show. To me, all these words sound like home to me.
