What Home Means to Me

Home. A place of joy, laughter and happiness. Everybody loves their home. The day starts with the bright warm light shining in my eyes signaling me to wake up.The sun wakes me up. At breakfast my family and I sit down over some delicious crispy bacon and buttered toast with tea. Without a home this happiness in the morning won’t be around. Home is like a place to contain happiness, a place we can be ourselves. Without a home there won’t be much to share with our family. We play board games with each other, and at the end we talk about how much fun we had. Home is the place that fuels all of this no matter what, my home is my happy place. Lunch time, eating a different kind of special meal everyday. We like rice, sushi , and tacos. Talking over delicious food we play fun and unique games. We talk about what’s going on in the world to stay up to date. Home is the place where we have fun, talk and be with each other. Home is the family place. Dinner time is the time we talk about each of our days, whether it's a good day or a bad day. It’s a good feeling. Home is like a place for a family. Homes are not just shelters, they are places we interact with each other. Home is an amazing place full of wonderful magic! I love my home. Think about your home. What does home mean to you?
