What home means to me

Home is a place where one can feel safe or happy. It's a place where I don't get judged and I can be myself. At home, you can dream of anything even if your home isn't that big. Home is a place where I have memories that I will never forget. Home is a place filled with emotions. The basement is a place where I am happy and excited. People hang out there and do some active things. The living room is also a place where you can hang out and talk. To me, I’m always comfortable there. In the living room I'm either happy or just plain calm. The kitchen is a place where when you come back home from school you can smell the tastiest food coming on your table. While eating in the kitchen, we talk about our day and if it was good. The bedroom is a place where I store my favorite memories and belongings. In my room almost all the time I feel like the room is empty. It's a place where I do my homework and sleep. However, sometimes I'm not alone because I share rooms with my brother. In conclusion, home isn't just where you live, it's where you feel comfortable and it keeps us safe. To me, home means everything.
