What Home Means to Me

My home means more to me than just a house. It means a place where I can go when I'm sad and happy. Home is where I grew up and where all my memories are. Home is somewhere I can be comfortable and cozy! When I get home from school and I walk in my house door, all I feel is love and happiness from my siblings, parents, and my dog, Luna. When I'm home from school the first thing I hear is my dad or mom saying “Hey Addy! How was your day at school?”. No matter how small or big my house is, it will always be my home. I’ve been living in my home for my whole life, I really would never want to leave it, but if I do end up moving I know I could never forget my first ever home. My home is a deep feeling of safety, love, and belonging. Representing a place where I can truly be myself, feeling cherished memories, and supported by family or friends. I love my home so much!
