The Meaning of Home

The meaning of home to me is not just that I have a bedroom, or a living room, or anything like that, home to me is more than that. Home is happiness, joy, love, safety, but it also holds memories. Home holds your childhood, and the first time you've ever walked, or talked. Home holds so many great memories and that's the best part about it. Home is all about your family and doing things together. Home holds the happy times, and the sad times. Safety is also an important thing to feel at home because the family that you have is there to keep you safe. I love my family and home because it has all those reasons. I’m loved at home and I feel that I'm safe in my home and I'm happy where I live. I’m also really grateful to have a place to live because not everyone has a home or a place to live so that's why I'm really grateful for a lovely home and what I have. I love my family and what we do. Sometimes we bake things like cakes, cookies, or cupcakes. We play board games as well, it's one of my favorite things to do at home. My home is my favorite place to be and I really love it and care about it. I especially enjoy my home in the winter. It's so cozy and warm. I love watching Christmas movies and decorating the Christmas tree with my family. I love my home for all those reasons and that's what home means to me.
