The Meaning of Home

Habitat for Humanity is a program that gives families a better home in more than 60 countries. In Shelby County, Alabama, a house was made in just 3 hours 26 minutes and 34 seconds. To me home means when I’m with my family at the supper table and when I'm with my friends playing family with our dolls. when I'm with my nan and poppy pilgrims making cookies and when I’m having movie night with my family and snuggling my dogs on my big comfy couch. Another thing that makes me feel like home is when my dogs are snoring on the couch in their deep sleep and when I am at my nans having jigs for dinner. Home isn't just a place you eat or sleep it is happiness, love and memories.
