Home is who you share it with
The meaning of home to me is
A safe place to relax, sleep
And a warm loving peace
Home is where you cry and pout,
Where you whine and bellow
But home is also where you smile
And have joy in your heart
Home is where is I eat, play, sleep, drink and laugh
Where I pave a path
Home is where you are free to do what you want
Where you have fun and where you plot
Home is where you make funny jokes and
Laugh with family friends and old folks
Home may be made out of bricks
But it’s something I would never fix
Home is an object big or small
Having friends or family to free us all
Home helps you if things go wrong
Home when you go to bed at night
With no fright on a cold winter night
Home is where you play in the rain
Or travel somewhere warm or exotic in a plane
Home is a wagging tail
And a sleeping feline at your tip of nail
Home is not an object big or small
It’s who we share it with small or tall
Home is playing
Video games with your siblings
Having the joy-stick
In your hand and fiddling
Home is not a reside
It’s where memories collide
Home is memories good and bad
Like going to a beach or
Dreaming far even out of reach
Home is love that doesn’t fade,
But moments shared and made
Home is built, not just of stone,
A place where you're never alone
But at the end of the day
Home is a not just a place
It’s a feeling, it’s the people
That make it our home base.
