What is the Meaning of Home?

Home means a safe place where you get to have space from the overwhelming outside world. When you are overwhelmed outside, going home will bring you a sigh of relief and feel like it is a place where you belong. Home is where you are accepted by the people around you. There are many meanings to home, and I will tell you about what home means to me. Home is a place where I am loved by all the people around me, my mother, father, and my two sisters. My parents give me unconditional love that provides me with a sense of warmth, safety, and comfort. My two sisters give me support, laughters and a kick in the butt when I’m lazy. They are the ones that share memories, and inside jokes that siblings only understand. For that, I can only find it at home. These valuable relationships that I have with my family will always be there when I step into the house. When I’m at home, my sisters and I try to scare each other by a door. When we get terrified, we chuckle. My sister tries to frighten me but I don't get petrified often since I'm used to it. When I agitate my little sister she screams and laughs hard. This brings glee and playfulness as we are having so much entertainment. Home means a lot to me, I don't have to be afraid or feel lonely because my family is there with me and always protecting me. Home is where I get to be myself showing my expressions. I can express myself by feeling joy, sadness, funny, mad, and a lot more emotions, I can be myself. Home can be anywhere, but truely, home is where my family is.
