The Meaning of Home
Home does not mean you have a structure with a roof on top of your head. It means you have a safe spot where you can express your feelings in any way. Home can be anywhere! Wherever you feel safe, that is what you can call home. It could be in the forest, in the wilderness, or even at school! Home means that you belong with your loved ones in an expanse where you can all express your love for each other. Home means that you are creating memories that will last a lifetime. No matter what anyone does to make you disappointed, mad, or sad, you will always remember that you have your safe area, you have your home, you have the love from your family and that alone is all you need. After all, they say that home is where the heart is.
That is my perspective on what a home is. But, what about if we look at what home means through another's lens?
