What Home Means To ME

What home means to me By Amelia Ross Home means a safe place with the people I love. Home is a safe and happy place. I am surrounded by my family and friends. It makes me feel cozy and warm. I feel protected and safe in my home. When I think of home I think of baking cookies and treats. I also think of hot chocolate on a cold winter day. I feel safe and protected by my family. Home is where you find the people that love you, your friends, family and pets. Home is where your siblings, parents and warm bed is. Home is where your food is. Home is a place where you should feel comfortable and safe. Home is where you make mistakes, if you make a mistake your family will understand. Home is a place where you can be alone or have company. Home should make you feel safe, it should make you happy, home is a place where you can feel free, free from the rest of the world. Home is a place where you can be embarrassed, happy or sad. Home is where you can feel alone from the rest of the world. In your home you can have the privacy of your own room, in that room is your warm bed and other things like a light and things that comfort you. Because you have a home doesn't mean that everyone has a home. You should be grateful that you have a home, a roof over your head, a place to sleep and food.
