What Home Means to Me?

"Home" is a really special place to me. It's not just a building with walls and a roof, but it's where I feel the happiest and safest. When I think of home, I think of my family, my cozy bed, and all my favorite things around me. Home is where my family is. It's where we laugh together, play games, and sometimes have little arguments with my sisters, but we always make up because we love each other and take care of each other. The basement is a fun place too, it’s where I play soccer with my sisters and have lots of fun! My room is a big part of my home. It's where I have my toys, desk, books, and posters. It's where I can be alone if I want to play, read my favorite books or watch my tv. The kitchen is also a special place in my home. It's where my mom or dad cook delicious meals, and we all sit around the table to eat and talk. The smell of food cooking always makes me feel happy and hungry! Home is also where I feel safe. When there's a storm outside, or when I've had a bad day, being at home makes me feel better. Home means a lot to me. It's more than just a house. It's where my family is, where I have fun and I feel loved most. It's my favorite place in the whole world!
