Home is where i feel warm After school i walk home My dad will still be at work But i go home to see my favorite mom in the whole world my only mom in the whole world No one could ever repay her I go in my warm room Waiting till my dad gets home When he does i run and give him a big hug My mom will be making dinner and I love her cooking After dinner i will sit by the fire if it is cold Sometimes i will play crib with my mom or dad Or i will watch a movie or a show When i get invited to sleepovers i go and say i am going to sleep over But i don't always i do get homesick sometimes Because i miss my parents but its also because i like to just sleep in my bed And i miss my home My sister, sometimes she is grumpy and rude and we both get in to arguments But that's OK because i love her When i walk into my house i feel loved And when i'm home i can do anything i can dance which i love to do but if i'm not home i feel uncomfortable but when i am i can i can do anything Home is a place i can smile I love home
