The Meaning of Home

Home. A lovely place full of radiance and peace. I adore the smell of my mom burning candles that smell like smores. I love the time I get to lay in bed and think about everything I can do the next day. I feel happy when I'm home. Home Welcomes you. Makes you feel at peace. But when I am in a house, it's different. When you're in a house You feel different feelings. There are a bunch of differences between a house vs a home. A house is like a garden gnome: you appear to be there but you’re not always present in the garden. Speaking of gardens, I have a garden in my home. It's an outside garden and I love it very much. It blooms with flowers every day of the summer, some pink, some blue and some yellow. I love it. I also admire watching a show with my parents. Cuddling up watching movies is another favorite of mine. The experiences I will keep make me feel that I can be at peace. A house may still make me feel welcome, It just doesn't feel the same when I don't get to have homemade meals. I love to think, When I'm home I feel welcome, appreciated and like I belong in my household. I love everybody in my home and there will never be a day that goes by that I won't. A house protects my body, my home protects my heart. I will forever love my home
