What Home Means to Me

Home is a happy place. I can see my family and I can feel love. What I can hear is peace and happy chatter. What I can smell is fresh cookies, and my dinner on the kitchen table. It smells super good. I can feel my mom hugging me or a kiss on the cheek. What I can feel emotionally is I feel love. I feel warmth from the fireplace. At night I feel a wave of warmth wash over me as I slide into my blanket. Everybody deserves a home.
