HOME

Home means so much to me, that I couldn’t imagine life without it. It must be terribly hard for someone to not have a home where you can just be you: Run around, blast music in your room or stick cheese puffs up your nose, for all I care and if anybody thinks otherwise, they’re not you. It doesn’t matter what other people think. It’s what you think. To me, home is where you can just let loose and do whatever you want and make your own house rules, because it's your home. My home is so precious to me, because it allows me and my family to have a privileged life with food, heat, family and a roof that doesn’t drip or leak. I don’t care if my home is big or small. It only matters that you have a home with shelter and family. Who cares if you’re rich or poor? All that matters is that you're grateful for what you’ve got. Less than half of the population in the world don’t have homes and it is so heartbreaking to know that. It makes me want to help as much as possible. It doesn’t have to be big, it could just be as little, as giving a person in need some of your change from the store or old clothes or food. That would probably make someones day. Home doesn’t have to be a house, a home is what you make a home. Home can be the side of the road, if that’s your comfort place, where you can do whatever. I’m so fortunate, to have such a Beautiful home. By: Zenya Lee
