A wonderful home

My home is really great. It is also very old. It has very creaky floors and it is 110 years old! On the weekends I wake up really early and try not to wake up my family. Although it is very hard to do that since the floors are so creaky. In my family I have a bernedoodle puppy named Evie. She is dark, black, and very cute. My home would not be the same without her. I also have my 7 year old sister, Isla. Sometimes she can be a little annoying but my home would not be the same without her either. And finally my two wonderful parents, Devin and Jenn, but I just call them Mom and Dad. In our home we probably have more than 150 books. There is also almost always music playing since we have speakers, a drum set, a piano and many instruments. We have art supplies and my favorite… board games! We have so many board games! Our favorite is called Settlers of Catan. We play it all the time. In fact so much that I lost count. We have 3 floors but our tenant lives in the basement, so to us it’s just two. We have 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and a bedroom in our basement. My dad makes delicious breakfast like crepes and bacon. Sometimes even sausages and berries with syrup on top! My home would not be the same without our delicious breakfast. Finally, we have a very big backyard with a bouncy trampoline. I love my home. Home to me is a place to be, where I belong. A place with family. A place where we can all be and be really comfortable with where we are. That is home.
