My Home

My home is where I live. I live with my mom, dad, brother and grandma. My home is a special place. It's warm, clean and full of fun. There are many things that are special about my home, like my yard, neighbours, plants, food and pets. I know some people don't have a home. Having a home means a lot to some people, but some people don't care. I think the homeless should have a home like us. I feel bad for the homeless. Some people treat the homeless badly, but they shouldn't. It's not right. My home is not only mine, it's my family's too. My home can be shared with everyone. My home feels special because my family and I are Indians. When my family puts on Indian music, I start dancing. Dancing makes me feel like a real Indian. Without the Indian music, I don't know how to feel. When I was little, I always asked my parents to put on Indian music, and I'm glad I did. It helped me know who I am now. I'm glad I have a home. It makes me feel safe. I love it when I come home, because when I open the door I see my mom waiting there for me. I love my home. It makes me who I am now.
