The Meaning of a Home

A home is not just a place to stay. It has so much more meaning. To me, a home is a place where you learn lots of new things. Like your first words or steps. So many things happen in a household. A place to seek shelter from the cold weather outside. A home keeps us protected. Like a turtle in its shell. A safe space to always feel welcomed. Home is a place surrounded in happy memories. It could be an object or a picture that has meaning behind it. It is also a space to keep all of your belongings. So remember home isn’t just a place to stay. It’s a place where we live and be thankful each day!
