What is Home to Me

Home to me is a place where I feel safe and happy. I can be myself and laugh with my family. coming home from school with my dog wagging his tail in excitement when he sees me and my bother coming up to the door. It makes me feel lucky. At supper time you can hear my mom's voice. She’s calling all of our names to come and eat at the table with the country music playing so we can't hear each other chomp and chew. It is always an amusing time at my house. I wish that everyone had a home like mine, where they can feel safe and loved. A place filled with joyful laughter with their family.
