Meaning of Home

A home is not a building with four walls and a roof. Now, before I write any more I need to tell you something: there is a huge difference between a house and a home. For example, I would call the place I live “my HOME” but you would probably call the place I live “a HOUSE”. OK, now let’s get back to the subject. A home is a place where you are ALWAYS welcome, it is also a place where you feel safe! In my home there is a lot of music, I like to play drums, my sisters and my mother enjoy singing, and my father can play lots of instruments! I think that it is sad that 1 in 8 Canadian households do not have a safe, decent or affordable place to call home, by the way, that is the reason I wrote this! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to support my community!
