Habitat for Humanity

Dear Habitat for Humanity, The meaning of home could be many different things depending on how you think of it, and today I shall present my perspective. Home can be a house, the streets, a field, your country, your city, anywhere you feel at ease, comfortable, safe; it is a place you love. Home can also be where your family are, your friends, where your loved ones are, it can be a forest to a fox, an ocean to fish, a shell for a crab. Home can be anywhere. Homelesness isn't exactly homelessness in my opinion, it’s more like houselessness, a homeless person could feel at home where they live (or not) and yes, they may not rent or own a house but as I said they could feel at home.(again, or not) Home’s are also houses which are a place where you may work hard to buy or rent or you may inherit one. You pay taxes or rent to live in houses, buy furniture for them and no matter what size your home or house is you grow mentally and and physically in them in the end. Well that is what I think home is, no matter what size big or small, tiny or large, on the streets or in the fields, a home is a home. From: Nadah
