My Home Is Made With Love

My house is made with concrete. My home is made with love. Love. Peace. Kindness. My house guards my body. My home guards my heart. Heart. Mind. Soul. My house is made by people. My home is made by my family. Parents. Siblings. Me. And like a house, over time my home can grow. With care and love, it will get stronger. With kindness and hope, it will bloom. But with neglect and hate, it will crumble. I hope it never ever crumbles. I believe that it never will. Home is a place that everybody deserves. Home is a place that should be affordable to all. To feel safe. To feel free. To dream. I hope that through the Habitat for Humanity Meaning of Home Project, more children and families can find a wonderful place to call home. Find it. Feel it. Share it.
