Meaning of a Home.

The meaning of a home was clear to me because a house is just a building but a home is more it is a place you can feel safe remember the people you love and make new memories from the moment you step through the front door. One of my favorite and most special memories was my dog Molly. She passed away long ago. She was such a kind caring dog when I got home from school she would run up and give me lots of kisses. She loved seeing me and the rest of my family. Molly loved to play. She tried her best to play even when she got sick she would run out of breath fast but tried to keep going. She would eventually stop and then we would cuddle up on the couch and she would love to just be around us and we loved being around her. We all love her. She was one thing that made my house feel like a home. At home I feel safe because I am with the people and animals I love. My home feels safe and I am sheltered from rain and lightning so we don't get wet or electrocuted. l am always safe in my house . It also keeps us safe from people who might break in at night and steall the thing we care about. I also can have my own space to put the things I want to keep safe and at night I don't need to be scared because my house will keep me safe and dry and warm inside and so will my family we all live under one roof but we also live in one home wich means we all need to feel safe to feel happy. The memories my house holds are the most precious thing that could possibly be in my house like when i found out I was getting a little sister I was so excited we thought of names that my parents might name her i came up with lots of pretty names that are more for a toy then a human but we had fun. I always love opening presents at Christmas with my family showing everyone what I got and finding out what my family members got at Christmas. I loved playing with my pets. I would play with my dogs Molly and Tia Tia was not a dog who loved playing so I just gave her lots of love Molly loved playing she always tried to play. Another memory of pets was when I got my first guinea pigs Cinnamon Panda and Qeany. They loved it when you came into the room with food. Those memories are so special to me. Like I said the meaning of a home has always been clear to me but now it is more clear than ever before to me it is a safe sheltered place where you can remember loved ones and make new memories every day you go home.
