A Home that Never Dies

Ever thought about your home Ever thought you couldn’t have it Not make any fun mem’ries. Well for some people in the world Home is not a thing It is just a thing inside their dreams. For me, I use’lly take home for granted But, honestly, I really need it And the things I do there will never go away. If someone just becomes homeless The thoughts they had with their loved ones Makes you wish they could’ve stayed. Delicious food wafts in from the kitchen And fam’ly and friends hang out with me But without a home I think that I might cry. But unfort’nately, for some people They never’ll have have one to live in They can’t live in a home that never dies. The thing is that half the pop’lation Of the world is displaced and homeless It is heartbreaking and so bad. But in our homes that we live in With running water and safe havens Makes people with none o’ that really sad. But Hab’tat for Human’ty doesn’t do that They only do the opp’site o’ that And they give to ones who need it. Plus, they do a contest For giving homes to the homeless And if you donate you can help lead it. So, we can help all these people In our country, we will help ‘em And we can help their hopes fly. Such a great choice o’ money To help ones who need their homes (yay) And give ‘em a home that never dies.
