My Home
Home can be physical or imaginary. It could be a stuffy, animal, person, place or even a food.
My home is my Mom, Dad, sister and nature.
Home to me physically feels like the cold, brisk air hitting my face and the soft touch of my family's hands in mine. Home feels like getting sick air while skiing and the warm feeling of the embrace of my family.
To me, home smells like the natural scent of my loved ones.
Home looks like surfing on a party wave when it's pouring with rain.
The taste of home to me is scones that me and my dad make.
Home sounds like the noise of fire and ice, me and my dad beating brick and teddy bear and mom my sister at Euchre.
That was home smells like, looks like, sounds like, tastes like and feels like to me.
Thank you Habitat for Humanity for giving people houses so people can have room to make memories and make a home of their own. I hope that you continue changing lives in a positive way. Thank you for every amazing thing you do.
