What my home is

My home is a place with different moods depending on the room you’re in. My kitchen is where we eat food and exchange news after school. The kitchen is where my dog waits for her favorite treats (Chicken). My bedroom is my comfort zone, a place to watch my tv and relax, or write different stories that are good or bad. My living room is where we sit down and listen to the wind whistling while eating snacks and playing with my dog. My basement is a place to go when cold, because my dad always has the wood stove going. It's where we go when mom is gone to different events, and where we get snacks like ice cream and chocolate bars. My home is where I can go when something sad happens, where I can be comforted, cheered for, and hugged. I can play tug-of-war with my dog, but she always wins. My home is my happy place.
