Meaning of Home

What does home mean to me? My home is a place with memories and family but not all are positive. Home isn't always your house because a house for me is different from a home. A house is wood, metal, wires, and lots of other materials but a home is a safe place of belonging, yes still a structure but somewhere in that structure is a safe place! I've moved houses a couple times in my life, most I don't remember. There is one that I can still picture as my home. I still dream sometimes that I am waking up in that home with the memories of my childhood where I had no cares in the world. That was what I thought my forever home was… but I was wrong. Now I have two new houses that I still haven't made my homes because they hold almost no core memories. But the only way to make a house a home is to accept it. A home is a place for new beginning I see my home with my mom my dad my brother dog cat my ,home smells like sweet nature, it has sounds of laughter and happens i feel safe in my home my home is my favorite place to be soon i hope i will have that forever home it may take me long to find but I know i will get there someday!
