There’s No Place Like Home

There’s No Place Like Home

There’s no place like home. Home should be a wonderful place where you feel safe, cozy and most of all, loved. A grand amount of children wake up in a nice, warm bed recovered from one day, ready for the next. Yet they still complain about the abundance of food on the table not being to their likings or not getting enough dessert on their plates. Some people even complain if they are not sitting next to the preferred person at the dinner table. Now that’s just plain spoiled! Those people clearly aren’t thinking about all of the people living in poverty.
Many families all around the world are living at this very second are living in poverty. Whether they are living in a box on the street or under a sketchy shelter, they need our help. They need our help not only to create a house for them, but a home. After all, every family who has made a financial mistake in the past or people who were born into tough times deserves a second chance.
Someday, I hope that every poor family can own not only a house, but a safe, cozy and most of all, a loving home.
