The Meaning of Home

The Meaning of Home

Home isn’t just a place, it’s where you are accepted, loved and cherished. Some people just think of home as a place to eat, sleep and then leave to school or to a work place. But it’s much more than that. It’s where you are shaped as a person, it’s where your loved ones are, and it is where you belong. You should feel safe in this place and feel amazing but not everyone has this feeling of home. My home has had a lot of hardships and frailty but also a whole ton of love and memories I have cried and laughed until I cried, I have felt alone and I’ve also all but alone. Home is a place of contradictory and randomness, but every time you enter your humble abode you should find kindness, love and most importantly belonging. At home you are never alone when it seems like it, you are loved when you need it most, and you have a place to belong and a place to stay. Home is not an inconvenience, not a trouble, not a threat, not an embarrassment, not a dangerous place, it’s simply a miracle how good home can be, nothing can top home, nothing can compare to the felling of home. You make home the best place it can be, make it one of the happiest places one earth and better, and after that help people without homes so they can be their happiest so that in the end everybody wins and everybody has a home.
